A September TBR
As the summer months come to a dreadful end, the new school year is about to begin or already has for some of you (in which case I am terribly sorry) and with that, us readers like to change up what we read. With the arrival of September, autumn gets one step closer and we all know what that means: fluffy blankets, good autumn music and cozy reads! I don’t know about you but seasons definitely influence my reading mood… I don’t know, it just doesn’t seem completely right to read Since You’ve Been Gone by Morgan Matson in the middle of December. Of course any good book can be enjoyed any time of year no matter during what season it is set in but it is all about the reading experience and when you are covered up with your favourite blanket and it is raining both outside your window and in the novel you are reading, it just adds up to the moment. If you aren’t too sure of what you want to read during this month here is my to-be-read list. Now I must warn you that I am in the middle of moving to a different country so maybe I won’t be able to read every single book I would like even though the list is already pretty short.
- Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins
- Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins
- Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo
- Aurora Sky: Vampire Hunter
This is my short but still quite challenging TBR list for the month of September. Please let me know what books are on your list (if you have one) and if you are like me with the whole season related reads or if it is completely indifferent to you via twitter or instagram or just leaving a comment down below. I would love to know!
