So, pretty little liars has been over for a while now, but we have just heard that Sara Shepherd (the original author of the PLL books) is now adapting her most recent book, The Perfectionists and fans have been going insane with divided opinions.

The biggest news is not that Freeform has issued a pilot episode of Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists, but that Sasha Pieterse and Janel Parrish will be in it, playing their original PLL characters Alison DiLaurentis and Mona Vanderwaal. The show, however, won't be set in Rosewood as PLL was, but Beacon Heights, a perfect little town with high-achieving students and a top-tier college. Everything is perfect, until a murder occurs. Other than that, we don't know what the series will be about, if it will be a true-to-the-book adaptation and why Mona and Alison are there.

What we do know is Marlene King is coming back, so we're sure it's going to be a good series. What do you think about this news? Are you done with the PLL universe and want to move on? Or are you glad we have some new Marlene King drama to sink our teeth into?
